Lindsey Vonn shows off amazing body

Lindsey Vonn is a professional alpine skier with a looooong resume. She has won one gold and two bronze medals in the Olympics. Vonn has also won two golds, three silvers, and three bronze medals in the World Championships. Vonn recently enjoyed a beach vacation, and shared a set of photos of herself wading and holding a starfish on Instagram. She captioned it, “Stranger things have happened.” In another she was "defrosting." Here's how she stays so fit.

Vonn makes sure to work hard. She recently had surgery, and has been documenting her rehab process on Instagram. She talked about the importance of working hard in the caption of this Instagram video. “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger ??!! It may seem insignificant, but I haven’t been able to jump on my right leg like that for many, many years. Today I am SO much stronger than I was before! I literally had to take a moment and regroup… I got very emotional and I was so so happy. This is an incredible journey after surgery that I did not expect. Just another reminder to NEVER GIVE UP on yourself!!”

Vonn is all about learning things. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “The sun rises on another week… a week full of opportunity to grow and learn. Loving the process, no matter where it leads… because it’s always been about the journey. One step at a time, I will get to where I’m meant to go. So why not give it your all, you never know where your hard work will take you ??❤️

One exercise that Vonn likes to do are squats. She did them as a way to help with her surgery rehab. Vonn included a photo and video of herself doing squats with a barbell in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “Monday grind. Putting in the work. Biometrics testing with @redbull ??You know me, even if I’m working hard… I still have fun! Legit wonder what the computer thought of my dance moves ??”

Vonn broke down her diet in an interview with Bon Appetit. She says that she makes sure to get enough carbs, protein, and fat in her diet. “I’m training probably nine months out of the year. I eat foods that I like, but they’re more portioned, and the carb-to-protein-to-fat ratio is calculated in each meal. Now I’m eating like 50-50 protein-to-carbs at breakfast. Lunch is maybe 60-40, and dinner is usually no carbs. I eat a lot of fat in my diet—avocado, almond butter, olive oil, even bacon.

Vonn talked about the importance of having cheat days in her Bon Appetit interview. “You’ll drive yourself insane if you only eat what you’re supposed to eat every single day for the whole summer, so after a heavy workout I’ll splurge sometimes. Usually it’s on frozen yogurt, but banana bread is always a nice comfort food…I think it’s just good for everyone to find a balance of being healthy but also enjoying food. Everything in moderation. You shouldn’t take away completely the things you really enjoy eating.”

Jennifer Lopez has posed up a storm once again, with the iconic starlet rocking just a bikini and a cowboy hat for the occasion.

The 55-year-old took to social media on Thursday to share the sizzling new shoot.

Posing in the bathroom where she was staying in Aspen, JLo rocked a teeny tiny string bikini while displaying her famous curves effortlessly.

Looking down with her eyes covered by the cowboy hat atop her head, Jennifer showed off her hourglass curves and svelte figure.

The star's chest, tummy and thighs were all in full view for her followers to marvel at.

JLo stood with her legs slightly crossed and one arm across her body clutching onto the other.

A slightly more zoomed out snap then revealed that the singer and actress added yet another accessory to finish off the look.

Rocking some fluffy snow boots, JLo's choice of footwear contrasted against her skimpy bikini look.

JLo's post showed off her figure amid her divorce from Ben Affleck, with her also sharing other glimpses from her lavish trip to Aspen.

She spent New Year with her mother Guadalupe, sister Lynda, manager Benn Medina, and various music producers and stylists in Aspen.

"It’s the bikini picture with the cowboy hat for me! SLAY mama," penned one person in the comments section.

Another person added: "The hat and Chanel accessories make your look so elegant and unique! The black bikini and fur boots suit you perfectly! You’re a fashion icon."

Jennifer Aniston stuns in tiny bikini

Hollywood icon Jennifer Aniston has opened up about her self-love journey, stressing the importance of being kinder to our bodies for their unwavering support over the years.

The Friends actress, 55, reveals she felt her younger years were "a bit of a nightmare" but found a love of exercising as she grew older. Her admission comes as she was spotted showing off her incredible physique during a holiday with frequent movie co-star Jason Bateman.

During her annual trip to Cabo, Mexico with friends on Tuesday, Jennifer sported a coral triangle bikini top and blue bottoms, showing off her flat midriff. Her celebrity friend Jason, also 55, was spotted lounging nearby, soaking up the sun.

Interestingly, Jennifer was seen wearing the same swimsuit she wore 13 years ago while holidaying in the same resort city with her then-fiancé Justin Theroux. She even re-wore the same sarong from their 2013 holiday. Jennifer and Justin tied the knot on August 5, 2015, after dating for four years; they announced their separation in February 2018.

The Hollywood star was seen removing her sarong to reveal her toned body as she enjoyed sunbathing with her pals. She completed her relaxed vacation look with sunglasses and her caramel highlighted hair loose around her. Meanwhile, in the images obtained by the MailOnline, Jason was seen taking a quick dip in the warm waters and throwing a football around with a friend, showcasing his chiselled frame.

Chatting about her relationship with her body, Jennifer told Allure magazine: "We’ve got to love our bodies. It’s doing the best it can. It’s been with us since the day we started, so we can’t be too hard on it. " The Friends icon reflected on how age and wisdom have shaped her approach to physical well-being: "Of course, we're all going to grow older, but how can we thrive as we grow older? And that is about giving your body the attention that it deserves."

While acknowledging that her 20s felt like a bit of a mess, she confessed her fondness for the following decade: "For me personally, I loved my 30s, but my 20s were nothing. I was a nightmare." Jennifer also revealed that back then, she hadn't quite clued into the rewards of a solid workout routine, stating: "I didn't understand working out until my 30s and 40s."

The Morning Show star also let slip that she's in a battle with insomnia and actively tries to evade night-time news that could disturb her peace. She admitted: "I really want to love sleep, and I am sure it wants to love me, but we have had a hard time, especially the last 10, 15 years."

Reflecting on her mental wellness strategy, Jennifer elaborated: "It’s just hard to shut the brain down, hard to tell the committee to stop talking. I've had to shut the news off. I’ve had to give myself boundaries with information. You know what I mean?" In pursuit of better mental health, Jennifer has set herself the target of hitting the hay by 10 pm during the workweek to improve her overall sleep hygiene.

Jordana Brewster shows off beach body

Jordana Brewster is an extremely successful actress. She is best known for her role in the Fast & Furious film series. Brewster recently announced an upcoming project on her Instagram. She revealed she will be appearing in the film Heart Eyes in February. In the post, Brewster sported heart-shaped 2025 sunglasses. She captioned it, “New year…new killer. You might be safer single #hearteyesmovie is in theatres 2/7/25.”

Brewster has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets in an interview with FORBES. “My skincare routine is very straightforward. I cleanse and moisturize twice a day and use a gentle facial exfoliator a couple of times a week. I always keep POND’S Towelettes in my car or purse as I tend to do a lot of mini touch-ups throughout the day.”

Brewster shared her hair care routine with ELLE. “I only wash my hair about two to three times a week. If I sweat, and my hair gets a little gross, it's really by my hairline that I get really annoying curls. So I just iron it. I iron my sweaty hair. It sounds really gross, but that's what I do. That's my quick fix. I don't color it anymore. My hair got super dry. I really wanted to look like Giselle. It ended up looking kind of ashy on me.”

Brewster shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with ELLE. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. “When I look at women like Jennifer Lopez, where it's all about their skin—the glow—it's about what you're putting in your body,” Brewster said. “I drink a ton of water. I think natural fats are really important, too, especially as you get older. Like eating avocados and eggs. When I'm dehydrated and stressed, I just notice it on my skin immediately. I really love Kreation. They make it so easy to just pick up healthy things. They have these wraps—they make tuna with yogurt and mayonnaise, and they wrap it in collard greens. Those are really good. They have a salmon version of that too. They also have chicken salads that are just really simple and clean.”

Brewster tells ELLE that she likes using a foam roller. “In the last couple months, I started this thing called foam rolling. I love it. After I get out of a session, I literally feel high. I do it on my own, too. I really like Lauren Roxburgh, for the fascia and rolling. At night if I'm watching TV, I just get on the foam roller. It's just another way to sort of de-stress and work on my posture.”

She Doesn't Believe In Oversexualization

In an interview with Health, Brewster talked about how the industry has sexualized women, and how it impacted her body image. She says that she is grateful that actresses are in an industry that is focusing on other things than their appearance. “Even with a movie like Fast & Furious, it’s awesome that we’re all wearing pants,” she said. “Of course, there were the booty-dancing scenes around the car, but those are gone. Now it’s about strength and loyalty to one another. I almost wish I was born 20 years later so I could really thrive in what’s happening right now in the industry.”

Amy Childs showed off her toned figure in as she posed for a series of swimwear photos on Friday after undergoing a body transformation.

The TOWIE star, 34, slipped into a bright yellow busty bikini and flashed her toned tummy for the update.

She later changed into a black one piece with a plunging neckline that laced up down the front.

Admitting that she hadn't worn a bikini in seven years, Amy detailed how she 'completely changed' her body over the past few months.

The TV personality wrote: 'Girls I’m Walking into 2025 feeling amazing haven’t worn a bikini for 7 years and now 4 kids later I can say I feel great.

'I’ve got to be honest, after years of searching for the next ‘quick fix’… it is such a nice change to be on holiday with my family and know I will look back on these photos and love them.'

She added: 'After having 4 kids, I needed a plan that wasn’t time consuming and that could work around Mum life and filming but also still allowed me to have a date night, or glass of Prosecco if I wanted one (trust me I love my Prosecco).

'After being recommended @PotentiaCoaching by a friend, I had a phone call with Freya in July and got set up on my plan which gave me exactly what I wanted, this is not an ad! Just an appreciation post to Freya as she has completely changed my body!!

'And no !!! this wasn’t done by using jabs or pills. It has been a few months of dedication with good food and exercise and I am ready to feel confident this year, I still need to tone up a tad more but I am feeling so happy with my body at last!'

Amy recently claimed she has been subjected to online abuse from social media trolls after losing two stone in weight following the birth of her twins.

The former reality TV personality welcomed daughter Milly, and son Billy, 17-months, with partner Billy Delbosq in April 2023.

Amy has since embarked on a rigorous diet and fitness plan in a bid to lose her residual baby weight and recently admitted she feeling 'the best she's ever felt' since giving birth.

But the mother-of-four - she is also a parent to Polly, seven, with builder Bradley Wright, and Ritchie, five, with a businessman ex-boyfriend of the same name - admitted she received vile comments on social media after shedding two stone.

Addressing Instagram followers during a question and answer session on Thursday, she wrote: 'I have been really focusing on eating healthy, being in a calorie deficit and training 4/5 times a week!'

She added: 'I still enjoy my Prosecco on a weekend but just really watching what I'm eating. I was the biggest I have ever been after having the twins!

'I didn't want to diet as I was in a complete baby bubble and the last thing I wanted to do was to be on a diet and train!

'Fast forward... Twins are now 19-months old and it's the best I have ever felt! I still need to do more toning up.

'I have also had some really horrible messages about my weight loss, it's sad the world we live in sometimes, so much negativity. If you haven't got anything nice to say don't say it at all.'

According to the Mayo Clinic, “stretching may help you improve your range of motion and decrease your risk of injury, among other benefits.”

She admits to, at times, having the idea to not even try due to the fear of failing. “Don’t just presume you’re gonna fail at something before you even try! I was guilty of having this mindset yesterday but look at what I accomplished after I tried,” she said on Instagram, on a photo of her doing a handstand in a full split.

Taylor Swift relaxes in bikini

Taylor Swift's back-up dancer stunned fans with a photo of the 35-year-old billionaire walking around in nothing but a bikini as she enjoyed a party on a boat with the rest of her Eras Tour crew in celebration of their success.

Jeslyn Gorman posted the photos to Instagram in which the Cruel Summer singer can be spotted lounging on the deck of the seacraft as she rested on one of her colleagues whilst wearing the costume.

She soaked up the sun in a bid to catch some tan lines with her legs shining under the brightness of Earth's local star, although she made sure to protect her face from the deadly UV rays with sunglasses and a hat.

"Some things I've learned in 2024," Gorman captioned the post, which also included a night out as Swift and her girls all wore dresses to head for some drinks, with the popstar electing for a leaf-styled dress.

Why isn't Travis Kelce in the photos?

Travis Kelce, Swift's boyfriend, didn't appear in any of the photos but that isn't too much of a shock. The Kansas City Chiefs' tight end has been busy with his own NFL career, and he wasn't involved in the production of the Eras Tour.

He did manage to make a cameo on stage in London, however, when he wore a tuxedo at Wembley Stadium and carried his partner across to change costumes as fans cheered ecstatically.

Kelce was also spotted attending her shows throughout the tour across the Americas, Eurasia and Oceania, even convincing the Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes and his wife to join him in the Netherlands.

In return, Swift has paid her man back by attending his football games when she's found the time to do so but has elected against making trips on the road. Most recently skipping the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The pair's relationship is going so well, at least publicly, that Kelly Stafford, the wife of the Los Angeles Rams' quarterback Matt, predicts they will get engaged around the summer of 2025.

Zegler shared some of her skincare secrets in an interview with InStyle. “After I cleanse to take off my makeup, I use my Dior Prestige serum,” she says. “Then, I use a vitamin C serum, which is very important for me to keep everything in check. I use a hyaluronic acid, moisturizer, and the Dior under-eye cream as well.”

Zegler also tells InStyle that she likes to keep her skincare routine simple. “I try not to do too much. I remember when I was working on Snow White, I was on FaceTime with my co-star, Andrew Burnap, whose mom is a dermatologist, and he was like, ‘If you want my opinion, as my mom would say, 'You're doing too much,'’ So, then, I made it smaller. Honestly, it works really well for me. Even when I'm around the time of the month when our skin decides to hate us, it still sees me through, which is nice.”

Zegler shared some of her workout secrets in her InStyle interview. She says that she makes sure to stretch each morning. “I do a stretching routine every morning just to keep myself open, and that makes me feel really grounded. It also helps as a singer because when you're warming up the body, you're warming up your voice as well.”

Zegler revealed to InStyle that she likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. “I do Pilates, and I also do a bedtime yoga routine at the end of the day. I just love doing that; it's the best part of my day, and it really helps me sleep so much better.” The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of health benefits. “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”

As you can see from the previous blurb, Zegler also does yoga to help herself stay fit. According to Harvard Health, yoga has a lot of benefits. “Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn't practice yoga. They were also more satisfied with and less critical of their bodies. For these reasons, yoga has become an integral part in the treatment of eating disorders and programs that promote positive body image and self-esteem.”
