Penny Lane is a health coach, trainer, and model. She is a model for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. Lane recently shared a carousel post on Instagram. In it, she seen is doing things like spending time with friends, going to the gym, cooking, and showing off her impressive figure. Here are five secrets behind Lane’s impressive figure.

Lane opened up about her wellness secrets in an interview with Sports Illustrated. She says that when it comes to exercise, she doesn’t put too much pressure on herself. “I used to be really rigid. [Now] I’m actually more of the mindset of, obviously I’d love to train every day and that could be anything from weight training to just going for a nice walk. I really try and look at it that way now. I think it’s a healthier mindset to have and not to give yourself a hard time if you can’t do it.”

Lane shared some of her favorite foods in an interview with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. She says that she loves incorporating leafy greens like Swiss chard and kale into her diet. “Packed with essential nutrients, leafy greens provide a variety of vitamins and minerals necessary for hormone production and balance,” Lane explained. “They also contain fiber, which aids in hormone metabolism and elimination.”

Lane also loves eating avocados to keep herself healthy. She explained why in her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit interview. “Avocados are rich in healthy fats, particularly monounsaturated fats, which are beneficial for hormonal health. They also provide potassium, vitamin K and other essential nutrients.”

Lane tells Sports Illustrated Swimsuit that she likes to eat Greek yogurt. “A good source of protein and probiotics, Greek yogurt supports gut health, which is linked to hormonal balance. Probiotics contribute to a healthy gut microbiome, influencing hormone regulation. Choose plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt for optimal benefits.”

A lot of Lane’s workout secrets involve managing hormones. She talked about this in her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit interview. “If you are struggling with high cortisol, then you should stay away from HIIT workouts as this will only add fuel to the fire. Hormone health—especially when it comes to women—[requires us] to make sure to look at the whole picture. You’ll find everything is a balance and all connected, even down to your home environment, spirituality, connection, exercise, finances and more.”

Bella Hadid is best known as a model. She has worked with brands like Victoria’s Secret. Hadid recently is making a transition to acting. She recently had a stint on the hit TV series, Yellowstone. Hadid recently shared some highlights from the set on Instagram. She captioned it, “@yellowstone ? best crew, best cast, best horses, best brains. Grateful to have been in the presence of and learn a lifetime's worth of knowledge in a few days from the most brilliant of people! I could have been cast as a fly on the wall and would have been just filled with gratitude to be on a set like this for the last season of a show I love so deeply! One of Hadid’s biggest priorities is taking care of her mental health. “To have to wake up every morning with this brain—it’s not cute,” she said to Vogue Paris. “So now everything that I do in my personal life is literally to make sure that my mental state stays above water. Fashion can make you or break you. And if it makes you, you have to make a conscious effort every day for it not to break you. There’s always a bit of grief in love.”

Hadid shared some of her wellness secrets with Harper’s Bazaar. She revealed that she makes sure to get enough Vitamin D each day. “I always say that first thing in the morning, you have to start your day by staring at the sun. When I was going through a difficult time, I would pull myself out of bed, open the blinds, and then just stare at the sun. I try and look at little things in a joyful way."

One thing that Hadid does to keep herself in shape is riding horses. “Being around my horses after a long day is a kind of peace that most other things just can’t bring me,” she says to Harper’s Bazaar. “I love being at home with my loved ones and the fresh air and my beautiful horses. My favorite fitness of all is horseback riding—it’s my workout, my therapy, my everything. You will seldom find me happier than when I’m with my horse!”

Hadid shared some of her favorite workouts in her Harper’s Bazaar interview. She says that she does a lot of different things, depending on her mood. “I really try to listen to my body and do whatever it needs that day. Sometimes it’s boxing or high-intensity cardio, other times it’s yoga, Pilates, or more stretching-based, but my favorite fitness of all is horseback riding.”

Hadid tells Harper’s Bazaar that self-care is a big priority for her. “Self-care is so personal and can come in so many forms, so I think it’s more so about just listening to yourself and what your mind and body need in that moment. It can be a moment of quiet, a social media detox, a walk, a massage, a workout class, a delicious treat, etc. Honor wherever your intensions lie in that day.”

Hadid has amazing skin and hair. She shared her favorite shower products with Harper’s Bazaar. “I love Dr. Bronner’s Pure-Castile Liquid Soap in the lavender scent, Vegamour everything, African black soap, plus sesame seed oil and coconut oil to make my hair masks. I always use masks to slick my hair back, so I have a wide variety of options I’ve created over the years to choose from.”

Pip Edwards is known to be a huge sun lover.

The P.E Nation founder was again spending time at the beach over the Christmas holidays on Saturday as she headed to the NSW coast for an escape.

In photos shared to Instagram, Pip beamed as she stripped of denim shorts down to an orange bikini.

She then stretched out on a towel on the deserted beach, showing off her ripped figure in the skimpy swimwear.

Pip also showed off her embroidered orange beach robe as she posed in the doorway of her hotel room.

'The best coastal getaway to crescent head… the quintessential OG Aussie summer vibe' Pip wrote in her caption.

Just a few days ago Pip was enjoying the sunshine in the lead up to Christmas as she lounged on a yacht with friends.

The 44-year-old flaunted her incredible figure in a very skimpy white and blue mismatched bikini as she kicked back while smoking a cigarette.

Pip showed off some underboob in the barely-there swimwear and took a series of selfies which she shared to Instagram.

She appeared to have on minimal makeup and swept her blonde hair off her face while wearing a pair of designer sunglasses.

'Summer days aboard Poppy's (Pippy's),' she captioned the series of photos, which showed her lapping up the sun.

Pip is currently dating Joshua Clapp, an interior designer and bar owner best known as the face of Steel and Stitch, a construction firm that specialises in hospitality venues.

The pair were seen putting on a cosy display down Camp Cove this month as they soaked up the sun on the beach and enjoyed a swim in the ocean.

In their first sighting as a couple, Pip couldn't keep her hands off her new man as they frolicked in the water before returning to the shore for a snuggle.

He is the ex-partner of Pip's friend, personal trainer Leah Simmons, and the exes share a teenage son, Ryder.

Joshua also has a younger daughter, Lucky, from a subsequent relationship.

When approached for comment outside her workout studio - which her ex Joshua designed and built for her - Leah simply laughed and said 'no comment'.

Despite their separation, Joshua and Leah remain close and regularly post about one another while co-parenting their son.

Before she was seen with Joshua, Pip was linked to multimillionaire businessman Geoff Bainbridge, 52.

The pair were seen looking very close as they packed on the PDA during an outing in New York in September, with a source confirming they were 'dating'.

Their romance emerged after Pip jetting over the US on a work trip, but it appeared to be short-lived as she moved on with Joshua soon after her return to Sydney.

Wealthy executive and father-of-four Bainbridge made headlines over two years ago when he resigned as the chief executive of alcohol business Lark Distilling.

He is a prominent early investor of popular burger chain Grill'd, but left the business in 2015.

Pip was also famously involved in a high-profile relationship with cricketer Michael Clarke, but the couple went their separate ways in early 2021.

In January 2023, Michael was then sensationally accused by his then-girlfriend Jade Yarbrough of sleeping with Pip after their break-up.

The public bust-up in a Noosa park was caught on video, with a remorseful Michael taking full responsibility for what happened while Pip claimed she had been 'blatantly lied to'.

In recent days, Pip took a savage swipe at her ex-boyfriends in a new interview as she insisted she doesn't understand the public interest in the men she dates.

'I don't know what's so interesting about my boyfriends. I think I'm more interesting,' she told Stellar Magazine with a laugh.

'Respect to the ex-boyfriends, but there are way more interesting things and more layers to me than that.'

Sofia Bevarly is a model and social media influencer. She shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. Bevarly recently shared on her story that she likes to do Pilates. She posted a mirror photo of herself in the studio, captioning it, “Hot pilates to start the day.”

As you can see from her Instagram story, Bevarly does a lot of Pilates to keep herself in shape. Kennedy Fitness states that it has a lot of benefits. “Pilates places a premium focus on flexibility, and for good reason. Increasing your flexibility and mobility can be a key to unlocking your body’s fitness potential by giving the range of motion you need to excel at all other forms of physical performance and training, from running and swimming to intensive weight training.”

Bevarly spends a lot of time outside. One outdoor activity she enjoys doing is going swimming. Bevarly shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself at the beach. She shared a set of photos of herself wading, captioning it, “Endless summer.” Bevarly also shared video of herself in the water, and captioned it, “Mentally back on this island.” She also shared a video of herself enjoying a pool day.

Bevarly shared this video on Instagram of herself doing different lower body workouts. One thing she is seen doing in it is squats. Bevarly captioned the post, “Leg days are my favorite.” The Cleveland Clinic states that squats have a lot of health benefits. “Squats target and strengthen your thighs, hips and butt. Why does that matter? A strong lower body is important for athletes, yes, but not just for athletes. Your lower body fuels your ability to walk, run, jump … everything, really. It also generates power for upper-body movements and all kinds of other activities.”

Bevarly is also seen doing glute bridges in the previous Instagram video. NASM states that doing these can lead to many benefits. “After hours of sitting at your desk, sitting behind the wheel, and sitting on the couch, the glutes can become underactive. Over time, our bodies adapt to long hours of sitting, resulting in unwanted back pain and tightness, along with some faulty movement patterns. One way to help reverse this issue (in addition to breaking up sitting time) is to incorporate glute bridging into your workout routine. The glute bridge is most often used as an exercise to activate the glutes and build core stability.”

Bevarly likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. In the previous Instagram video, she is seen using a dumbbell and weighted machine. ACE Fitness states that strength training can be very beneficial. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Skye Wheatley has stunned in a bikini during a Thailand getaway

A reality television star has stunned in a bright red bikini during a Thailand getaway with her partner.

Skye Wheatley took to Instagram to share snaps of herself in the $138 set from SSwim. The influencer finished the look with a shell necklace, sunglasses and a cowboy hat.

She posed alongside partner Lachlan Waugh, with who she shares two children.

“Island gurl 4eva,” she captioned the image.

Many praised Wheatley’s look.

“Hottie,” fellow reality star Ella May Ding said.

Fitness instructor Michelle Bridges declared that Wheatley was having a “photo shoot”.

One asked: “How are you even real?”

Another added: “You are insane mumma.”

“Best looking couple around,” another declared.

Wheatley, who won 2024’s I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here!, travelled to Turkey in September where she had “fox eye” surgery.

The procedure uses dissolvable threads to lift and elongate the eye in order to create an upturned look. It was popularised in 2022 by the likes of supermodel Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner.

The 30-year-old also got liposuction on her arms and inner thighs. She also had a temporal lift, which is a fat transfer into the face, and a blepharoplasty, most commonly referred to as an eyelid lid lift, as well as undergoing massage treatments for lymphatic drainage.

Wheatley was photographed out and about with the impacted parts of her face covered in bandages. But, it was weeks before she debuted the outcome of her procedures.

Asked by one fan why she “won’t just show (her) eyes”, the mother-of-two said that she “just can’t be f**ked with ppl’s (sic) opinions right now”.

“I’m still healing, it will take three months minimum so things will change and look different every day?” Wheatley continued.

It’s not the first time that the Big Brother star has gone under the knife, telling The Daily Telegraph at the Logies earlier this year that it’s “important to be open and honest about what work you’re having done”.

“There’s a lot of girls who have had so much work done but they’re not honest about it and I don’t think it’s right for young girls to look at that and be like ‘I should look like that too’.”

She said she’s had a rhinoplasty and had breast implants put in for the second time.

“I just feel like, if you want to do, it’s you’re body and it’s giving me confidence,” she said.

Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Emily is one of the many people obsessed with cold plunging. “Not me setting my phone up confidently knowing I can usually stay in for over a minute… not this time lol. I can plunge if it’s 40 degrees or higher, but anything lower is way too painful. What’s the lowest you can cold plunge and stay in?” she captioned a video. There is limited research supporting the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increased focus, improved sleep, and decreased inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes basic post-sport recovery.

Emily rises and exercise. “Movement in the morning has been the number one game changer in my routine over the last few years providing more mental clarity and an overall mood boost to set my day up for success,” she writes in a post.

Emily gets her steps in with the help of Celsius energy drinks. “Morning strolls with my favorite flavor? @celsiusofficial,” she captioned a post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Emily is a big fan of treadmill workouts. “I actually like running now… specifically the @nordictrack @ifit runs and hikes around the world from my living room,” she captioned a post. She adds that the treadmill “has made running so much fun.” She also uses it for hiking. “I am hiking in places around the entire world from Iceland to Hawaii,” she writes on the Instagram video.

Emily loves cycling. At 7:30 am she hops on her NordicTrack bike for a cycling session, calling it the “perfect way for me to decompress for the day ahead of me.” The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Pia Miller is an actress, known for her role in the series, Home & Away. Miller also has a large following on social media. Last month, she shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself doing exercises on a Pilates reformer. She captioned it, “I always feel so blessed to be able to start my week with @kadeefit .. joyful , spirit filled body work like no other ?????”

Miller shared some of her wellness secrets with Vogue. She says that she believes in balance when it comes to her diet. "I am a firm believer in the 80/20 rule. 80% healthy, 20% treat. Depriving myself of certain foods has never worked for me, so I listen to my body and try to eat as healthy as possible when I can. I always feel better and have more energy when I’m eating well and that’s important when it comes to my kids and work."

Miller tells Vogue that she tries her best to stay consistent with working out, and shared her secrets for doing so. "It’s tough and I’m definitely not perfect, but I just try my hardest to dedicate as much time as possible to the kids when work is busy. If I can’t exercise due to work or family then so be it – I don’t let it consume me or take over. Mixing family and exercise is always a win win – surfing with the kids, heading down to the park after work or going to school sport is always a good way to combine the two. Work is a different beast, but we make it work."

Miller tells Vogue that she likes to workout with a personal trainer. "I’m generally pretty active and my being on TV definitely is motivation enough to try and stay fit and healthy! So, I wouldn’t say I necessarily need the motivation to stay fit but I definitely need motivation when I am training. That’s why I love a trainer – to push me a little more than I would most likely push myself."

Miller tells Women’s Health that she does a variety of different things to keep herself in shape. “I used to do high-intensity training with a trainer but I just don’t have that time anymore, so I kick the footy with my boys and run around with them. We love the beach so we’re often swimming and playing in the water. I love going to yoga, too, but I can’t as much as I’d like so I’ve put a yoga mat in my dressing room. It’s just important to keep moving. I don’t exercise necessarily to look a certain way, but to feel a certain way. The more I do, the better and more energised I feel – I get tired at the appropriate times, I want to sleep at the appropriate time… my body starts responding accordingly.”

Miller is seen doing Pilates to keep herself in shape, as you can see from her Instagram post. Better Health states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates can be an aerobic and non-aerobic form of exercise. It requires concentration and focus, because you move your body through precise ranges of motion. It requires concentration in finding a centre point to control your body through movement. Each exercise has a prescribed placement, rhythm and breathing pattern.”

Eva Longoria Celebrated Christmas in the Tiniest String Bikini

While many of us spent Christmas dressed in bulky outerwear and chunky knit sweaters, Eva Longoria, on the other hand, stripped down to her swimsuit. Beating the winter blues the best way possible, the actress escaped to an undisclosed tropical paradise and lounged around in an itty-bitty bikini over the holidays.

In a carousel of photos from her Christmas break shared to Instagram, Longoria wore a plunging triangle bikini top in navy blue with gold detailing in between the bust and a pair of matching string bottoms from swimwear designer Melissa Odabash. She matched her bathing suit to the blue drink her in hand and accessorized with just a gold pendant necklace. Her brunette hair was styled in textured beach-y waves with a pair of sunglasses on top of her head and she had on little-to-no makeup.

Meanwhile, another snapshot showed Longoria and her 6-year-old son, Santiago, on a boat in the water sporting matching orange lifejackets, while a third shot featured Longoria in a red maxi wrap dress with a deep V and billowy sleeves while posing with the rest of her family—including her husband, José Bastón, and her stepdaughter Natalia.

"Out of office ?," the Desperate Housewives alum captioned her post.

Though it's not clear where Longoria spent her Christmas vacation, she recently revealed that she's been living outside the U.S. for years and has been splitting her time between Spain and Mexico. “I get to escape and go somewhere. Most Americans aren’t so lucky,” she said while speaking with Marie Claire in November 2024. “They’re going to be stuck in this dystopian country, and my anxiety and sadness is for them.”

Amelia Gray Hamlin was showing off her incredible figure in a new Instagram post on Sunday.

The 23-year-old daughter of reality TV star Lisa Rinna and Hollywood actor Harry Hamlin glowed while in a scarlet red string bikini as she spent the day on a white sand beach.

Her costars were pale gray horses that looked happy for a rest.

The leggy lady from Los Angeles was also flashing a small tattoo on her back as she turned to cuddle her four-legged friend.

Her caption read, 'Save a cowboy…' as her pals Kylie Jenner and Candice Swanepoel hit the like button.

'INSANEEEEEEEEEE,' said one follower as another shared, 'Wowww.' Another offered: 'Modeling on and OFF the catwalk.'

This comes after the siren spent the Christmas holiday with her famous parents as well as her model sister Delilah Hamlin.

The family members shared photos from their celebrations to social media.

It appears as if the Hamlins are now on a beach vacation as they prepare to ring in 2025.

Amelia has stayed close to her parents during her incredible rise to fame.

In May she said she swipes clothes from her parents' wardrobes.

The model has confessed to stealing items from her mom Lisa Rinna and dad Harry Hamlin's closets, including designer garments.

She told PEOPLE: 'I steal (but put back) a bunch of my dad's Calvin Klein white T-shirts and his Nike socks sometimes. He also has really comfy flannel pieces.

'From my mom, I mostly take the tighter, chicer things. I've definitely stolen my fair share of Versace.'

Amelia takes anything she 'can get [her] hands on' when it comes to the former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star's clothes.

She said: 'I take whatever high-fashion things I can get my hands on from that woman's closet, that's for sure.'

Amelia likes to mix and match items from each of their wardrobes.

She explained: 'There's so many things in my dad and mom's closets I can appreciate. I would never pick one closet [to borrow clothes from] for the day. I would have to style both of them together.'

Amelia then pointed out that her parents never remark on her outfits, despite the fact she has clearly been snooping around in their wardrobes.

She said: 'What's funny is that neither of them are ever going to comment on what I'm wearing or give me any style advice, because most of the time when I show up to their house I'm in such an insanely weird outfit. They just know that I'm going to do my own thing.'

When her sister Delilah Belle, 25, goes raiding their closets, she also gets to borrow Lisa's shoes as she's fortunate enough to be the same size.

Amelia said of her sibling: 'She's my mom's shoe size, so she has had such a lucky time dipping her toes into not only my closet, but also my mom's shoe collection, which I must say is pretty major.'

Kelly Gale shows off amazing body during "slow mornings by the pool"

Swedish model, Kelly Gale, is recognized through her work with big names in the industry like Sports Illustrated and Victoria’s Secret. Showing off her poolside fashion, she said “slow mornings by the pool☀️?,” on a series of photos on Instagram. Here’s how Kelly stays in such great shape.

She focuses on making healthy choices. “I eat very healthy all year round,” Kelly said to Vogue referring to her diet leading up to the 2017 Victoria's Secret show. “Cooking healthy, nutritious and delicious meals is one of my biggest passions so eating “healthy” for me isn’t 'eating healthy', it's just eating.” She continues on, saying “I’ve never actually known anything other than nutritious foods.

I’ve grown up with a mother who is a doctor, dentist and cancer researcher who also happens to be an amazing cook. While I was growing up she always made me and my brothers healthy meals similar to what I eat today.”

When she needs to, she becomes strict with her diet. “Four weeks before the show I like to kick it in high gear, which for me means cutting out sodium. I try to stay away from all kinds of sugars except for the sugars I get from the berries in my breakfast and coconut sugar from the occasional raw vegan chocolate bar that I eat,” she said to Vogue.

She stays hydrated, beginning her day with a concoction before she exercises. The “morning tonic is cold water mixed with 2 tablespoons [of] apple cider vinegar, juice of 1 lemon, cayenne and cinnamon.

Then I’ll go for my workout,” she said to Vogue. “After that I’ll have my daily green juice as well with some fresh berries for breakfast.”

She prioritizes getting plenty of protein into her diet. “My lunch and dinner meals before the show include lots of vegetables and lean protein such as shrimps, scallops, egg whites, turkey breast and white fish,” she said to Vogue. “Dinner might be raw vegan Pad Thai. I make a great oil free cauliflower stir fry as well.” According to Piedmont, there are quite a few reasons why you should prioritize factoring enough protein into your diet, including digestion. “About half the dietary protein you consume each day is used to make enzymes, which aid in digesting food and making new cells and body chemicals.”

Both mental and physical health is important to her. “Resistance bands, gliders, ankle weights and jump rope. Using the jump rope for cardio intervals during a session of pilates is my favourite,” she said to Vogue. She also takes the time needed to improve her mental well being. “I meditate every morning, every evening and basically any time of the day when I feel like I need it. If I’m out walking I might do a 30 minute walking meditation.”
